I want to cancel my reservation, will I get a refund?
No. Reservation
for live events are nonrefundable. Refunds due to inclement weather or
other unavoidable cancellation are
less a 10% administrative processing fee.
Can I
transfer my reservation to someone else?
Yes. Your reservation is
fully transferable with
written notice that includes
your original confirmation number from PayPal.
Will
pictures of me be taken during the event?
Yes. We may capture still or
video images of you during the event.
By submitting your
reservation,
you consent to your photo, image, voice, or likeness being
captured during event activities and subsequently published, distributed, or
otherwise disseminated in multimedia educational and promotional
materials produced by and for Empowerment Spa.
Can
I take my own pictures and video during the event?
Yes, you make take still pictures. Video or any recording device
(including cell phone video) is prohibited by copyright law.
Exclusive program copyrights and distribution are retained by Empowerment Spa.
You may purchase an authorized copy of any picture or video program at
very affordable rates.
What if I don't have
a PayPal account?
You don't need a PayPal account to use
PayPal. You can pay securely online using your credit card, check card,
debit card, or electronic check; without revealing your account
information.
